1- PFG SMART CREDIT EID GRAND DRAW 2026 – “MORE TRANSFERS, MORE CHANCES” TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • 1The PFG Smart Credit Eid Grand Draw 2026 (“Promotion”) is organised and managed by PFG Smart Credit, PFG Forex Pty Ltd (ACN 152 941 510) having its registered address at Unit 403/189B South Centre Road Tullamarine VIC 3043 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
  • 2These Terms and Conditions (“Specific Terms”) shall apply in conjunction with the Promoter’s general Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”). You should therefore read these Specific Terms together with the General Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms shall prevail.
  • 3 The Promotion commences on 2 March 2026 at 12:00 AM AEDT and closes on 21 March 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT unless otherwise extended, suspended, or withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of the Promoter (“Promotion Period”).
  • 4 The Promotion is open to all fully verified PFG Smart Credit customers aged 18 years or above, who have successfully completed all identity verification (KYC) requirements ("Eligible Customers").
  • 5 Employees, officers, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Promoter, including their immediate family members; affiliates, subsidiary entities, and authorised partners of the Promoter; and any person or entity professionally connected with the administration, auditing, marketing, or execution of the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  • 6 Eligible Transactions
    • During the Promotion Period, any Eligible Customer who successfully completes a single send transaction of AUD 500 or more to the India or Pakistan corridors shall be entitled to one (1) entry into the Promotion.
    • Where multiple eligible transactions of AUD 500 or more are completed during the Promotion Period, each such transaction shall constitute a separate and additional entry.
    • Where an Eligible Customer completes multiple send transactions during the Promotion Period, and each individual transaction is less than AUD 500, but the cumulative total of such transactions reaches or exceeds AUD 500, only the transaction that causes the cumulative total to reach or exceed AUD 500 shall be deemed the eligible transaction and shall qualify for one (1) entry into the Promotion.
      Each additional cumulative amount of AUD 500 completed during the Promotion Period shall qualify for one (1) additional entry into the Promotion. Any remaining cumulative amount below AUD 500 shall not qualify for an additional entry.
    • Only successfully completed transfers shall qualify as eligible transactions.
  • 7 Excluded Transactions
    The following transactions are excluded from the Promotion:
    • Cancelled, refunded, failed, or reversed transfers;
    • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions;
    • Transactions not fully paid during the Promotion Period;
    • Transfers to Pakistan Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) of AUD 300 or more.
      The Promoter reserves the right to verify all transactions prior to awarding prizes.
  • 8Prize Details
    Three (3) winners will be selected through the draw.

    a) The first prize winner shall receive a cash prize of AUD 750,
    b) the second prize winner shall receive a cash prize of AUD 500,
    c) and the third prize winner shall receive a cash prize of AUD 250.

    The total prize pool for the Promotion is AUD 1,500.
  • 9Prizes will be credited to the winner’s PFG Smart Credit my account or delivered securely at the Promoter’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and are not redeemable for any alternative benefit.
  • 10Draw & Winner Selection
    • The prize draw will be conducted on 23 March 2026 at the Promoter’s office in Australia.
    • Winners will be selected via a random electronic draw conducted under authorised supervision.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
    • No correspondence or discussion regarding the outcome of the draw or allocation of prizes will be entertained.
  • 11Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number and/or email within three (3) business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within ten (10) days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
  • 12 Winners must provide valid identification upon request and successfully pass internal compliance and verification checks.
  • 13 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, including entries involving fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity. Where a breach is identified after a prize has been awarded, the Promoter may require the return of the prize.
  • 14 By participating in the Promotion, each winner explicitly consents to the Promoter using their name, photograph and other details for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, including but not limited to the Promoter’s website, social media platforms, and advertising materials.
  • 15All personal information will be collected, used, and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Information will be used solely for administering this Promotion and related marketing communications, subject to customer consent.
  • 16 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any technical, system, or platform issues affecting participation in the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing outside its control and will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from participation in the Promotion.
  • 17The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participant eligibility.
  • 18 The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to operational requirements, regulatory changes, bank limitations, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter may also update these Terms and Conditions at any time; such updates will not affect entries already received.
  • 19 Any abuse, misuse, or fraudulent use of the Promotion offer is strictly prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel transactions or take appropriate action against customers found engaging in such activities.
  • 20By participating in this Promotion, customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as interpreted solely by the Promoter.

2- PFG Smart Credit BANGLADESH FEE-FREE PROMOTION


  • 1 The PFG Smart Credit Bangladesh Fee-Free Promotion 2026 (“Promotion”) is organised and managed by PFG Smart Credit, PFG Forex Pty Ltd (ACN 152 941 510) having its registered address at Unit 403/189B South Centre Road Tullamarine VIC 3043 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
  • 2 These Terms and Conditions (“Specific Terms”) shall apply in conjunction with the Promoter’s general Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”).   • 3 The Promotion commences on 5 March 2026 at 12:00 AM AEDT and closes on 31 March 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT unless otherwise extended, suspended, or withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of the Promoter (“Promotion Period”).
  • 4 The Promotion is open to all fully verified PFG Smart Credit customers who have successfully completed all identity verification (KYC) requirements ("Eligible Customers").
  • 5Eligible Transactions
    • During the Promotion Period, any Eligible Customer who sends money to Bangladesh via the Nagad mobile wallet and successfully completes the transaction shall qualify for the Promotion benefit.
    • Only successfully completed transfers during the Promotion Period shall qualify as eligible transactions.
    • Transactions must be genuine personal remittances. Business payments or transactions conducted for commercial purposes are not eligible.
  • 6Promotion Offer
    • Eligible Customers will receive a 100% transfer fee waiver on eligible transactions completed during the Promotion Period.
    • The fee waiver applies strictly to the Promoter’s service fee only.
    • Standard exchange rates will apply to all transactions.
    • Any charges imposed by banks, intermediaries, payment processors, or payout partners (if applicable) are not covered under this Promotion.
  • 7 Excluded Transactions

    The following transactions are excluded from the Promotion:
    • Cancelled, refunded, failed, or reversed transfers;
    • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions;
    • Transactions not fully paid during the Promotion Period;
    • Transactions identified as commercial or non-personal remittances.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify all transactions prior to applying the fee waiver.
  • 8Third-Party Reward Campaign (Bangladesh)
    • A separate remittance reward campaign is conducted in Bangladesh by Nagad (the “Third-Party Campaign”).
    • Under the Third-Party Campaign remittance recipients in Bangladesh who receive a minimum amount of BDT 10,000 through Nagad (excluding the 2.5% Government of Bangladesh incentive) may, subject to Nagad’s applicable terms and conditions, be eligible for entry into a lucky draw in which three (3) winners may each receive a gold necklace of approximately 1.5 Bhori.
    • The Third-Party Campaign is administered independently of this Promotion and operates for the period commencing on 18 February 2026 and concluding on 31 March 2026, or such other period as may be determined solely by Nagad.

  • 2 By entering any promotion, you agree that you will be legally bound by both these General Terms and the Specific Terms.
  • 3 PFG Smart Credit reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names, false names or any fraudulent activity and to require them to return to PFG Smart Credit any prize they may have won.
  • 4 The Promotion ‘End of Summer Giveaway’ selects a lucky winner by the end of the promo period from the newly signed up customers and also from the existing customer who have performed transactions to win an ‘Apple Watch’.
  • 5 The Promotion ‘End of Summer Giveaway’ is open from 17th February 2022 to 24th February 2022 (hereinafter referred as ‘Promotional Period’). End of Summer Giveaway promotion will be based on the time period between 12:00am 17-02-2022 to 11:59pm 24-02-2022.
